REFUND POLICY

In order to purchase tickets on VIPexclusives.com, you must understand and agree to this refund policy for this website.

If you do not agree with any of the following policy, you shall not purchase tickets on this website.

All tickets and tables sold on VIP Exclusives are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. No-shows will be charged in full and will not receive a refund.

In the case of an event cancellation, without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase.

VIP Exclusives (Promoter) is a ticket seller and not the event organizer (Producer).

The Producer is responsible for planning, coordinating and fulfilling all aspects of the event. If you have any issues at the event, you must report your issue to the event staff immediately, at the venue, that evening, during the event, for resolution. You understand that failure to do so denies the right of the Producer to remedy the issue, and therefore your right to a refund, whole or in part.

In addition, you must also report your issue to VIP Exclusives at 1-877-629-4602 from the event. We will verify that the Producer of the event is aware of and has resolved your issue while you are still there. You understand that resolving issues at the event is your only method of dispute. If you do not report the issue to VIP Exclusives from the event, you understand that failure to do so denies VIP Exclusives the right to contact the Producer at the event, verify that the Producer has resolved your issue, and therefore, your right to a refund, whole or in part. There are no grounds for a refund after the event has ended.

Unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control will not be grounds for a refund, including but not limited to, the following: arriving late, no-shows, weather conditions, natural disasters, waiting in lines, family emergencies, medical emergencies, or any reason beyond the Promoter's control. If you purchased tickets for an incorrect date, location, time, or event, Promoter is not obligated to provide a refund, credit, exchange or transfer.

Producers, Venue Owners, Venue Management, Security, Event Staff, and other agents of the event, have the right to refuse entry to any ticket-holder, without a refund, at their discretion, if you violate rules, including, but not limited to: disorderly behavior, failing to comply with the rules of the venue, incorrect attire, intoxication, venue capacity, breach of security or any safety reason related to themselves or others. Ticket-holder is aware that the venue and talent are subject to change without notice, which are not grounds for a refund.
